Since I've started

I started jumping rope about three months ago. Its been awesome. It was quite tough to get the hang of in the beginning but now I'm getting it. I started because sometimes it is tough getting even a half hour run in everyday. Everything I've read is saying that jumping 10 minutes a day can be equal to putting in that 30 minute run. Also jumping rope is less damaging on your body.
